Identify New Business Channels
Like many businesses they want a new way to find business but don’t want to affect other staff roles. The task was to find a new business channel which would deliver leads and sales for the business.
We identified that the corporate package part of the business didn’t have marketing in any way, and so we built an AI B2B outreach strategy to accommodate that. The result was a very cost-effective strategy which delivered on average 4 converting leads a more (an area of the business which would have an enquiry a few times a year!). Without sharing the full strategy, below is an example of how we went about the process. We used software to identify the large corporations across Ireland (Revenue €10 million+ and 200+ employees) we then targeted C-suite decision makers and HR departments. Lastly, we built email and LinkedIn message sequences to message and engage with the decision makers. Only forwarding the responses to the team once they were a warm lead.

Analysis the reporting tools the business already has GA4 and HubSpot to see if there are areas of the business which can be improved on.
This reporting is pretty straightforward in its results and outcome. We analysed the whole business, delivering a detailed report with the next stages. This will be done every 6 months to identify where the business has been successful and losing spend. The outcome assisted the business outreach work and helped understand optimal demographics to target.
Reporting Opportunties
We built out reporting and suggested better ways to track certain aspects of the business. With reporting it’s all about the source data and understanding how to display the data in the right way. Once completed the client was very happy to see and understand what is & isn’t working currently.
The Results
The objectives were vastly surpassed by bringing another form of business, which had previously struggled and had not been receiving leads. Secondly, the reporting aspect has identified other departments where they can improve in the coming months.
