Before the Rebrand
This website was a custom bespoke php website with a custom cms. A lot of factors to handle and a long process to get to how it looks in modern day.
After Rebrand
The website after rebranded. Cleaner look with a more modern feel. The most important part was the funcationality and new wordpress backend.
Rebrand Business
Give the whole brand a more adventurous feel and exciting to learn from.
We felt from the rebrand and development would be a huge step into impacting and targeting their core target audience (which would be recently graduated students). The rebrand would largely appeal to the 18-25 year old range. Allowing for content and brand messages to be more colourful, engaging and fun.
Social Media
The largest success here was bringing in the brand ambassador program which allowed more advocates for the brand and a rich stream of content from active TEFL teachers.
Email Marketing
By automating and focusing on creating colourful and story telling emails. This allowed us to segment the journeys depending on the
SEO
The business used SEO to it’s advance throughout the years. Technical SEO enhancements includes geo specific sub domains and content. Link building and PR coverage brought levels of success in certain targeted companies.
PPC
The largest successes in PPC was understanding the marketing and being a first market mover to developments in piad ads. For example we found huge success in gmail advertising over the years. We also made sure all the text ads we’re local to the market and targeting the right audiences.
Improve Marketing Overall
Improve all aspects of digital marketing across several business channels.
There’s so many way to drive a business forward and the TEFL industry is no different. The biggest growth was bringing in the concept of brand ambassaors. They helped the business get unique specific content for the business. Allowing for takeovers, webinars and an active community. This then led to better email journey’s with automated segmentation, optimsing sales, engagement and course completions. SEO was an ongoing process with the international seo capabilities, helping the site index correctly in their focused countries. Link building needed to also be specific with PR coverage in those countries too. Their were several technical enhancements throughout the years and espeically with the rebrand. Lastly the PPC work started by removing spend on all branded keywords and instead focused on the ideal markets and looking for new keywords in the industry (like duing the pandemic).
WordPress Migration
Moving to wordpress allowed the business to not spend huge amounts of development costs on maintenance. It also allowed the business to build and move quickly for new campaigns.

The issue the bepoke website and cms system was the site would always have bugs and need to be updated to keep up with the times. It would slow the creation of pages and bespoke areas built with large systems like the emergenace of animation blocks or webinars. Meant the business were slow to innovate in the space. As a result gutting and redesigning the site start with a clean slate. R+D was needed to find a suitable CMS to integrate with (which landed on Brightoffice).
New eLearning Platform
Working with a specific course building provider. We helped developed new courses and the marketing elements key to improving the completion rate of the courses.
Enhance Moodle LMS
To improve the course practices making learning more enjoyable and engaging like the new brand.
Once the site and marketing areas were significantly improved. The course itself needed development. We helped create the new course Level 3 TEFL reducing the competitve advantage over businesses might of hand against TTA. The courses become modern with gamification and a more rewarding process for the certificates.
The Results
The business announced recording breaking years in our working timeframe and arguably became the largest TEFL company in the industry. Something that was hugely rewarding and showing hard work can close any competition gap.
